No. You can book services without a membership, but becoming a member gives you access to exclusive benefits like discounted rates and free travel kilometers.

Q: How does the membership work?

We currently offer two membership plans: Royals Platinum and Royals VIP. Each plan includes monthly membership benefits, service fee discounts, and KM rate discounts on selected core services such as Safe Transport, House, Pet Sitting, and Senior Assistance.
